Refunds and Returns

RETURNS 
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please call, email or fax our customer service department for return authorization and shipping instructions prior to return. Shipping charges should be prepaid by buyer unless otherwise arranged in advance. No COD's accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition. All orders may be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled after shipment except if a product has been damaged in shipping or has a defect that renders it unsaleable. 

DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS 
Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately.
